Classic Mittens: Use instructions as given.

Striped Mittens: Use same instructions, working 2 rounds or 2 rows of each of 2 or more colors.

Children’s Snowman Mittens: Use same instructions and embroider snowman with Angora on back.

Women’s Mittens may be trimmed with colored sequins and beads or as desired.

“Boye” Knitting Needles, 1 set Sock Needles, Size 4 for Four Needle Mittens: or 1 pair Size 4 for Two-Needle Mittens. GAUGE: 6 sts = 1 inch; 9 rounds or rows = 1 inch
FOUR NEEDLE MITTENS
CUFF: Cast on and divide on 3 needles	sts	32	36	40	44	48
