Nick,

I agree... hense, my morning feeding pattern. They will, however, insist that they are STARVING before we leave at night and Bubba will believe them and leave food for the cats and the racoons and the opossom.

I prefer to feed them in the morning because if they are fed at night, their leavings are often taken by the night creatures. If fed in the morning, they have food all day (a fact of which they occasionally need to be reminded when they start squealing). The night creatures may be partly responsible for their apparent porcine characteristics, if you've been feeding them much at night.

Just a thought.

The barn door was ajar...etc... however, the cats have food. They are no longer cats. They are now pigs and their shape is morphing to fit their new species. They always say that they are hungry but are only sometimes telling the truth. Bubba put the food up high. I fed them yesterday morning and again this morning. There is enough for one more time, just inside the door... but I want to wait until at least tonight to give it to them. Thanks for looking out for them. After all, they aren't always lying and pigs have feelings too...

We need to coordinate better than this -- I know we discussed verbally that you were using the card for some things, and that it was probably going to take the balance below $0 unless I did something about it, but you didn't send me email about it (I did ask, right?) so I wasn't reminded to deal with it preemptively, plus I wouldn't remember the amounts unless I had it written down somewhere.

I should have enough cash to deal with this, but only just barely; if you have any cash en route to help cover it, please let me know. (And I would like to know the amounts debited so I can enter them in the register, locking the barn after the horse has escaped.)

Also, the cats need food.

Thanks,

Nick
