Dorothy said: I have called twice and stressed that Josh is in pain and needs treatment NOW. I suggested he call someone and give a referral, then send the letter. He may call you for the contact person. I told him I have your permission to advocate for your children. I had to leave messages as I got the answer machine twice. Dorothy.

Just got a call from Dr. Mark -- he's faxing the letter now :-)
We're not sure Josh is actually in pain -- a little while later, he snuck into the laundry room and put on his clothes, after which he seemed quite content for several hours -- but of course the longer he goes without dental attention, the more likely he *will* need care, possibly of an emergency nature.
