Absolutely ghastly conversation with SSI. They made it clear that Sandy would have to sell the half-lot next door in order to qualify. They said we need to ask Medicaid for a referral, if the home is turned down for funding reasons. I asked SSI to send appeal forms anyway. Curl up on couch and gnaw off own ankles to escape Josh trap.
