Bacon-Wrapped Broccoli Florets

This recipe was found here. It has not yet been evaluated by The Hypertwins, but it sounds fabulous.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 pound of bacon, sliced
  • Toothpicks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Separate and trim broccoli into bite-size florets. Cut bacon in half across the width. Wrap bacon slice around each floret. Stick toothpick into each. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder and lemon pepper to taste. Broil or bake in oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
