Notes
- Email from Lynne on 2002-05-09 mentioned Benz in context of a functioning vehicle
- Email from me to L&B on 2002-07-18 mentions a "transmission issue" which may have been the electrical issue. Given that I was not notified when the vehicle became disabled, I will take that email's date as the date of disablement until convinced otherwise.
- I asked them to give me back the original keys to the Benz on 2002-08-29, with an implication that I would allow them to keep copies.
