After hearing the evidence, the Court finds that probable cause exists to issue two felony warrants for theft by retaining against Mr. Griever for unlawfully retaining a 1982 Mercedes Benz and a Baby Grand Piano property of Mr. Staddon. The Court also finds that probable cause exists to issue two felony warrants for theft by taking against Ms. Griever for unlawfully retaining a 1982 Mercedes Benz and a Baby Grand Piano.
