Smith Family Reunion

About

The Smith Family Reunion (also known as the Smith Family Gathering) is an annual Summer event in which all the descendants of the late Avery Smith plus "adopted Smiths" gather at a predetermined location for approximately 3 days of socializing, fun, and mutual entertainment.

"Adopted Smiths" can include stepchildren, spouses (even if now divorced from the "official Smith" by which they first entered the fold), and even Hypertwins with no legal relation to any "official Smith".

• /2010 - July 8 (Thu) - 11 (Sun), Trinity Center: Harena, Woozle, Zander, Benjamin
• /2009 - Trinity Center: Harena, Mel, Zander, Benjamin
  • Woozle stayed at home with Josh due to 2008 event
• /2008 - June 27 (F) - 30 (M): Trinity Center: Mel, Josh, Zander, Benjamin,
  • Harena and Woozle had their own concurrent beach trip at Surf Suites in Wrightsville Beach
  • This was the year Josh tried to swim to Africa, and it was decided he couldn't go anymore.
• /2007 - July 22 (Su) - 25 (Wed), Trinity Center: Harena, Woozle, Mel, Zander, Benjamin
• /2006 - Louisville: Mel only.
• /2005 - July 29-31, Trinity Center: Woozle didn't go (if memory serves)
• /2004 - Connecticut; not sure if Mel went, but the rest of us didn't.
• /2001 - Valle Crucis: Harena, Charles, Mel, Josh, Zander, Benjamin
• /1997 - Kirkridge (Bangor, PA)
• /1994 - 4th of July weekend: Harena, Charles, Mel, Josh
