Dear Ed:

Enclosed please find a copy of Plaintiffs' Responses to Defendants' Requests for Admission of Facts to Plaintiff and a Rule 5.2 Certificate.

I received your letter dated March 23, 2005, which enclosed partial responses to Plaintiffs' discovery requests. While I was willing to extend the time for Defendants' written discovery responses through March 25, 2005, as you requested, our agreement did not contemplate an indefinite extension. In your letter dated March 23, 2005, you stated that document production would be forthcoming and that you would notify me of same. More than five (5) weeks have passed and I have received no further documents. Please let me know within five (5) business days whether or not you will make the documents available to me for inspection or production at my office. If I do not receive a response, I will file a Motion to Compel.

If you have any questions, please give me a call.

Sincerely.

(lawyer for the Plaintiff)
